With experience across 400+ restaurant and hospitality concepts nationwide, Mark brings a level of hands-on operational depth that no generalist consultant can replicate. His work is built on one principle: change doesn't stick unless someone takes ownership of execution alongside the team.

Michael Ross brings Wall Street-level financial rigor and strategic leadership directly to the hospitality P&L. As a Co-Founder of The Double Platinum Hospitality Group, he provides fractional CFO leadership designed to transform financial data into a lever for growth, margin expansion, and investor-ready transparency.
With a career-long institutional pedigree, Michael served as the Global CFO of Morgan Stanley's Investment Banking Division and a Managing Director at MSCI. Combined with his foundational leadership at JPMorgan Chase, he has led financial functions at the highest levels of global finance where precision and accountability are non-negotiable. Having already successfully applied this institutional standard to the hospitality sector through his firm MKR Management, Michael now helps multi-unit groups build the sophisticated financial infrastructure required to scale, refinance, or execute a successful exit.
